XQuik II with AccuCount Technology

X QuickII

September 2019 – Veris Manufacturing is committed to the ongoing process to improve the products we build, services we offer, and processes of our organization. In staying true to this commitment Veris has recently acquired the VJ Electronix XQuik II with AccuCount. This machine is designed to reduce time and manpower required for incoming inspection and cycle counting of electronic components. The system’s technology automatically detects component size, which “counts” components as small as 01005, and reports the total component count with a push of a button. This piece of equipment is now being utilized by our team.

IPC Specialists at your service?

We are committed to providing the best EMS services on the market. Veris continues to enhance our expertise by providing the IPC J-STD-001 training. IPC J-STD-001 training program focuses on the knowledge and hand skills that individuals need to produce high-quality soldered interconnections. The standard lists requirements for the manufacture of electrical and electronic assemblies and includes materials, methods and verification criteria. The standard emphasizes process control and sets industryconsensus requirements for a broad range of electronic products.

The IPC J-STD-001 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) Course provides individuals with a portable credential that recognizes their soldering skills and understanding of this internationally recognized standard.

Certified team members have been found to solve problems faster, work better in teams and show a higher level of confidence in their own abilities and solutions. Congratulations to the most recent group of certified IPC Specialists!
