After taking ownership of this business more than a decade ago, I feel privileged to be writing this message as the Chief Executive Officer.

Starting on September 5, 2001, we have focused our efforts in order to build our business- expand our capabilities, add technology, and acquire quality certifications. We have earned our reputation for providing superior value through focusing on the customer's needs and always keeping in mind the "voice of the customer" in every new process and improvement implemented.

FOCUS on the customer and continual improvement has led to these accomplishments:

  • We have exceeded World Class manufacturing benchmarks for quality, delivery, and efficiency.
  • We have developed a cross-functional empowered workforce with one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry.

At the same time, what has not changed at Veris is our commitment to our core values and beliefs:
Integrity in all our actions, empowering employees and helping them realize their full potential through continuous education and training. Responsibility in the community in which we operate and partnering with our Customers and Suppliers to enhance respect and loyalty and to make sure the needs for our products and services our met.

Looking forward to the future, we are focused on continuing our growth--expanding into new markets and gaining new certifications.
